Q-Sex News Naked Dancers Will Be Bikini-Clad Under Ordinance Daytona, Beach, FL: Like to watch naked dancers? If so, you won't want to make Daytona Beach part of your vacation plans. The city has won a battle to bar nude dancing in most areas, after an appeals court upheld a city ordinance imposing a ban. In Daytona, any bar which serves liquor must force dancers to wear a bikini. A judge had ruled in 2006 that the city's nudity laws were unconstitutional and violated the right to free speech. But the federal appeals court in Atlanta ruled Thursday that G-strings and pasties would not be permitted and upheld the city's nudity ordinances. The court also upheld a ruling in 2004 that regulated where adult businesses could operate. But even though the decision gives the city the power to step in and order dancers to dress for work, City Attorney Bob Brown says the city won't begin enforcing the ordinance immediately. Well that sucks! You can see more ass on the beach! ~ $2.00 Bob ![]() 6/26/2007
Q-Sex News Be Happy With What You Got! Phnom Penh, CAMBODIA: Cambodian officials on Tuesday warned the public against home penis enlargement plans after a coroner found a man who had repeatedly self-injected his member with hair tonic had taken his own life to end the painful side effects. Coroner Vieng Vannarith concluded that a 35-year-old construction worker had hanged himself last week after the hair tonic remedy which advertised it gave thicker and more lustrous locks failed to have the same effect when injected into his penis. Authorities said the man had been self-injecting for some time, and the treatment had caused massive ulceration, leaving him in such permanent agony that he decided to end his ordeal by his own hand. Although the case was a suicide, details were released to the newspapers, with authorities saying they were concerned that such dangerous self-treatment with home remedies was not an isolated case and this should serve as a warning to other Cambodians not to try this at home. "He wanted a bigger one very badly, and the results were tragic," Vannarith said. Get this line... "Cambodian officials on Tuesday warned the public against home penis enlargement plans..." Q-Sex News Stop The Madness Already!!! Salt Lake City, UT: U.S. Attorney's Office in Salt Lake City has accused two brothers of selling obscene materials through their Internet business, claiming the Ohio enterprise shipped hard-core pornographic movies to Utah. The films were violent and extreme and had no artistic value, said U.S. Attorney Brett Tolman, "This is not the material you can order from your hotel room," Tolman said Thursday after unsealing a criminal complaint filed June 8. The complaint charges 42-year-old Sami Harb and 33-year-old Michael Harb, who operate the Cleveland-based Movies by Mail, with one count each of selling obscene material. The defendants have been ordered to appear in federal court in Utah on June 29. If convicted, the brothers face a maximum sentence of five years in prison. The investigation began last year when the FBI's Adult Obscenity Task Force in Washington, D.C., got a tip about Movies by Mail, and agents say they were able to buy obscene DVD's on the company's Web site. In March, a Salt Lake City agent placed an online order and three of the movies - "Max Hardcore: Pure Max 18," "Max Hardcore: Extreme 12" and "Extreme Associates: Cocktails 5" - were deemed to be obscene. "None of the three films has a plot line," an FBI investigator wrote in a statement detailing the charge. "The films consist entirely of scenes of hard-core sexual acts being performed by multiple men and women." Postal records show that Movies by Mail sent 683 packages in 2006 to Utah, 149 of them to Salt Lake City and the rest around the state, according to the complaint. Assisting the FBI in the investigation were the Department of Justice, the U.S. Attorney's Offices in Salt Lake City and Cleveland and the U.S. Postal Inspection Service. Even if these brothers don't go to jail... they are going spend every dollar they have not to... it's not fair! The films were violent and extreme and had no artistic value, said U.S. Attorney Brett Tolman. (Who are you a fucking critic?) "None of the three films has a plot line," an FBI investigator wrote.
