Q-Sex News Malicious Castration Under The Christmas Party Mistletoe Lillington, NC: A woman attacked a man in his genitals during a Christmas party, injuring him badly enough that he needed 50 stitches, authorities said Friday. Rebecca Arnold Dawson, 34, was charged with malicious castration in a fight at a party hosted by the 38-year-old man's girlfriend, police said. All three were heavily intoxicated, police Chief Frank Powers said. Dawson is accused of grabbing the man's genitals. Police said a weapon was not used. He declined to elaborate. "I believe he needed more than 50 stitches to repair the damage, but he is back home at this point," police Cpl. Brad Stevens said. "All we can tell you is that the injury was done with her hands." State law describes malicious castration as cutting off, maiming or disfiguring a person's genitals with the intent to hurt or render the victim impotent. Dawson, who was released on $50,000 bond, also was charged with offenses including assault causing serious bodily injury. Some 42 percent of women aged 30-39 have D-cup breasts and feel in general okay about that. Women with a large bra size are now the largest group in the Netherlands. But the shape and size of breasts start to change once women reach the age of 40 and women then opt for a smaller bra size. Some 44 percent of surveyed girls aged 12-19 think that eating fatty foods helps increase the size of their breasts. All survey respondents said poor nutrition habits are the cause of increased breast size. Hormones in food and the general increasing size of the population are also leading to bigger breasts. A 34-year-old masseuse who offered sex to an undercover officer there faces a misdemeanor prostitution charge, police said. Chief Michael Johnson said Carmel police saw an advertisement for the business in a local publication with a local telephone number, but no address listed. Officer Michael Sheil, who used to work as a vice cop in New York City, called and made a 5 p.m. appointment for a massage at a building at 566 Route 6. He paid $60 to a woman who sent him upstairs to a room where another woman, a resident of Ridgefield Park, N.J., made the offer of sex for another $100, police said. Suon Da, 25, was knifed twice in the abdominal area by Sa Rida, a 24-year-old sex worker, during the fight at a brothel in Battambang province, said Koam Roeuy, a deputy police chief from the area.Koam Roeuy said Suon Da had paid Sa Rida 5,000 riel (US $1.20) to have sex with her. But after Suon Da repeatedly refused to wear a condom, Sa Rida gave up and left the room. Suon Da chased after her, demanding his money back and slapping the woman, Koam Roeuy said. Sa Rida responded by stabbing Suon Da in the stomach, he said. "The woman was trying to prevent the transmission of diseases such as HIV," Koam Roeuy said. "But now it will be up to the court to decide her fate after she inflicted injuries on another person." Sa Rida remains in police custody pending possible charges against her. Suon Da is being treated at a hospital in Battambang province, about 250 kilometers (155 miles) northwest of the capital Phnom Penh. Cambodia has an HIV infection rate of 1.9 percent for people aged 15-49, among the highest in Southeast Asia. Police fear children could open gifts on Christmas morning to find them lined with porn. Information technology expert Kenneth Palliser, 53, of Mitcham, allegedly slipped pornographic images of children into merchandise at four major shopping complexes in the eastern suburbs between November 18 and 26. He was arrested in a police sting at Forest Hill Chase Shopping Center on November 26 and Taskforce Goral has been set up to investigate the full scope of his alleged activity. Det. Sen-Sgt Greg Heafield, of the Nunawading Criminal Investigation Unit, appealed to parents to check gifts thoroughly before wrapping them to avoid a shock on December 25. "Appropriate action was taken by police at an early stage, but I'd encourage parents to look at the gifts first to ensure there nothing in it that might alarm the child," Det. Sen-Sgt Heafield said. "The resulting arrest is pleasing, although the offence is horrific and has terrible overtones for parents." It is alleged the images, printed from the internet, were laminated and cut to postcard size then slipped into the pockets of girls' clothes, toys and books. Det. Sen-Sgt Heafield was satisfied the suspect had operated alone and not as part of a wider pedophile network. The Victoria Police Sex Crimes Squad and the Computer Crime Squad have been notified. Mr Palliser is facing five charges including contaminating goods and possessing child pornography. Police expect to charge him with up to 20 more offences. He won bail at an out-of-court hearing on November 27 and is next due in the Ringwood Magistrates' Court on January 11. Taskforce Goral head Det. Acting Sgt Alex Stewart said more images were being discovered by consumers. He believed "several hundred" were in circulation. Q-News Bust Chicago Burbs Prostitution Ring? Lisle, IL: The Lisle Police Department on Wednesday announced the bust of an alleged prostitution ring in the western suburbs. Lisle investigators began the investigation in February after receiving an anonymous tip that a stream of men were visiting a woman in her apartment, said Sgt. Ron Wilke. Wilke said detectives later discovered corresponding ads in alternative newspapers for a 45-minute massage from "an Asia girl," for $60. Police said sex was also for sale. The woman accused of being the ringleader, Haixia Ni, 34, of Westmont, was charged Thursday with felony pandering and was being held in DuPage County Jail. A bond hearing is expected for Thursday. Ni, who is from China, was applying for asylum at the time of her arrest. If convicted of a felony, she could be deported, Wilke said. Police said Bao Lin Shi, 51, also of Westmont played a role. He was charged Thursday with a misdemeanor of keeping a place of prostitution. Shi is believed to have leased the apartments. Shi, who is in the U.S. illegally, is subject to deportation, Wilke said. More than 30 girls may have been victims in what San Juan County Sheriff Mike Lacy is calling a child pornography case. Lacy said his office has completed its probe and referred its findings to the Utah Attorney General's Office for possible criminal charges. As many as eight boys are believed to be involved, though four appear to have been the biggest culprits, Lacy said. Some of those teenagers have turned 18 and could face charges as adults. "Some of this has been going on for two or three years," Lacy said. "By the time we got the report, it just kind of snowballed." In some instances, boys drove girls into the mountains near Monticello. The boys told the girls that if they wanted a ride down, they needed to bare themselves for the camera, authorities said. Photographs were taken with cell phones and exchanged through cell communication and by computer, Lacy said. The Utah Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force, based in the Attorney General's Office, participated in the investigation. John Soltis, the attorney general's office prosecutor assigned to the case, said he is reviewing the evidence but declined further comment. San Juan School District Superintendent Doug Wright said investigators came to Monticello High School at the start of the school year to interview students. The district told the detectives that administrators must be present in the interviews so the investigators elected to speak to students off campus, Wright said. Wright said the district has no knowledge of any of the incidents occurring at school, and no students have been disciplined. "San Juan County Sheriff Mike Lacy is calling a child pornography case." Q-News Bust Big Prostitution Sting In Georgia Clayton County, GA: Authorities made more than a dozen arrests after conducting a crackdown on prostitution. The sting happened Thursday night in two phases at several massage parlors along Tara Boulevard. "The object is to close down the businesses, the ones that are charged, hopefully they will be charged to the fullest extent of the law in state court," said Clayton County Police Chief Jeff Turner. In total, 15 women were taken into custody. Two women were released without charges, 12 women were charged, and one other arrest is pending.
